Cary, NC — To combat what the Town of Cary is calling the “fight against the COVID-19 Delta Variant,” Mayor Harold Weinbrecht signed a new State of Emergency Order Monday, August 16, 2021.
Cary, NC — The first half of the week was slow, but the second half was exhausting.
Cary, NC — This was my second slow week in a row. I am enjoying this before the active fall season.

Cary, NC — On Thursday, July 22, 2021, the Cary Town Council convened in front of the public in their Town Hall Chambers for the first time in more than 500 days.

Cary, NC — This week had more ceremonial-type activities than I have had since March of 2020.
Cary, NC — Next week’s meeting of the Cary Town Council will be the first since February 2020 to allow members of the public to physically be in attendance.
Cary, NC — This was a holiday week and a “staycation” for me. So there were no meetings on my calendar. I did talk with the town manager about a couple of issues, and I did answer emails.
